The system is designed to simplify quoting, planning, and project execution in one streamlined workflow. From the first estimate to final documents, it keeps pricing, customer records, field planning, and delivery organized in one place.

Dashboard
The Dashboard gives you a clear view of quotes, jobs, and daily activity. It is the fastest way to see what is active, what needs attention, and what is moving forward.
Quotes & Customer Database
Quotes and customer records are stored together in one organized system. You can quickly search, review, edit, duplicate, and manage jobs without losing track of past work.
Create a Quote
Build a quote by selecting services, entering job details, and letting the system calculate pricing automatically. When needed, the large pothole calculator also helps capture planning and material needs.
Send Quotes
Send polished PDF proposals directly to customers from the app. Each quote includes pricing, scope, and project details in a professional format that is ready to review.
Job Sheet
The Job Sheet turns the quote into a practical crew-facing work plan. It organizes services, equipment, materials, and prep steps, and can be edited and saved for real-world use.
Finalization Workflow
Once a customer approves a quote, mark Deposit Paid and set the Service Date. Then use Preview Final Documents to review the Quote, Invoice, and Service Agreement before Finalize & Send Documents delivers everything to the customer in one step.
Print & PDF
Every document is presented in a clean, consistent format that is easy to review, download, print, and share. This keeps customer-facing communication polished from start to finish.
Automation
Emails are sent directly from the app and documents are generated automatically from the current quote. This reduces manual work, improves consistency, and ensures nothing is missed.
Admin Settings
Admin Settings make it easy to adjust pricing and service presentation while keeping the core system controlled and dependable. It stays business-friendly without becoming complicated.
